Overview
We respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our application and what data will be removed. In compliance with Facebook Platform Policy, we provide clear instructions for users who wish to delete their data.
What Data We Store
When you use our application, we store:
- Facebook User Information: Your Facebook user ID and name
- Access Tokens: Tokens required to access your Facebook Ad Accounts and Lead Ads
- Ad Account Data: Information about your connected Facebook Ad Accounts
- Lead Data: Leads generated from your Facebook Lead Ads campaigns
- Ad Performance Data: Metrics and statistics from your advertising campaigns
- Ad Mappings: Connections between your ads and lead forms
- Webhook Logs: Records of webhook notifications received from Facebook
Method 1: Disconnect Your Account (Recommended)
Note: This is the easiest and fastest method to remove your data.
Steps:
- Log in to the application
- Navigate to Settings in the dashboard
- Click on "Disconnect Facebook Account"
- Confirm the disconnection
When you disconnect your account through the app, we will immediately:
- Revoke all stored Facebook access tokens
- Delete your user profile and associated data
- Remove all ad account connections
- Delete all lead data and ad performance records
- Remove webhook configurations and logs
Method 2: Revoke App Access Through Facebook
You can also remove our app's access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook:
Steps:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Click on "Apps and Websites"
- Find our application in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
After you revoke access through Facebook, our application will no longer be able to access your Facebook data. However, data already stored in our database will remain until you request deletion using Method 1 or Method 3.
Method 3: Manual Data Deletion Request
If you're unable to access the application or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact us directly:

Please include your Facebook user ID or email address associated with your account to help us locate your data.
Required Information:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your Facebook email or user ID
- Confirmation that you want all your data deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data deletion is processed:
- Your Facebook access tokens will be immediately revoked
- All your personal information will be permanently deleted from our database
- All connected ad accounts and their data will be removed
- All lead data associated with your account will be deleted
- Ad performance records and metrics will be removed
- Webhook configurations and logs will be deleted
- You will no longer be able to access the application with your Facebook account
Important: This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our service again in the future, you will need to reconnect your Facebook account and set up your configuration from scratch.

We may retain certain data for a limited time after deletion in the following cases:
- Legal Obligations: If we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., for tax purposes, fraud prevention, or legal proceedings)
- Backup Systems: Data may persist in backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently purged

Partial Data Deletion
If you only want to remove specific data rather than your entire account, you can:
- Remove individual ad account connections from the Settings page

- Contact us to request deletion of specific data categories
Confirmation of Deletion
After processing your deletion request, we will:
- Send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account
